📮 Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If your item is a pre-order, an estimated ship date will appear on the product page.

Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items ship together when all items are available.

🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Once an order ships, we cannot modify or reroute the package.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier. We’ll assist where possible.
