At Ludo Ghar, we want you to love your experience from unboxing to gameplay. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
🪄 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused

Unopened
-
In original, undamaged packaging

In resellable condition
Items that show signs of use or have been opened are not eligible for return.
📦 How to Start a Return

Our team will review and provide next steps.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged, or
-
You received the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💰 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges (Bangladesh Edition vs India/Pakistan Edition)
We understand customers may occasionally order the wrong edition by mistake.
✔ If you ordered the wrong edition:

The board must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

The customer is responsible for:

Return shipping back to us

Shipping cost of the replacement board

Once we receive and confirm the item is unopened and resellable, we will ship the correct edition.
❌ Opened Boxes Cannot Be Exchanged
Because Ludo Ghar board games must be resold in brand-new condition, we cannot accept exchanges for any item that has been opened or unsealed.
Once the packaging is opened, the item is considered used and cannot be restocked or resold, making it ineligible for exchange.
Please double-check your edition selection at checkout.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Email us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the shipping box

Photos of the damaged product

Your order number
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
📮 Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you didn’t receive it:

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We will assist where possible, but cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Used products

Items missing components

Gift cards

Final sale items (if marked)
